FemInnovation, L.L.C. (“we,” “us,” or “FemInnovation”) values your privacy and is committed to keeping your personal data confidential. By accessing and/or using the Website, you are consenting to be bound by this Notice and acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Notice. Children Under the Age of 18. The Website is not intended for children under the age of 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the Website or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Information We Collect About You. We may collect the following types of information through the Website (including linked Jot Forms): (1) personal information (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses) that you affirmatively give to us, such as when you complete the contact form or contact us by email; (2) payment information (such as your billing address and credit card or debit card numbers, expiration dates, and CV codes) that you affirmatively give to us to purchase, enroll in, or subscribe to our products, services, and/or community; and (3) professional information (such as your company name, role/title, company background, and company category) that you affirmatively provide to us when you purchase, enroll in, or subscribe to our products, services, and/or community.
Giving us your personal information, payment information, and professional information is voluntary and is not required to use the Website. However, your personal information, payment information, and professional information may be required for you to purchase, enroll in, or subscribe to our products, services, and/or community. Failure to provide your personal information, payment information, and professional information may prevent you from purchasing, enrolling in, or subscribing to our products, services, and/or community.
Automatic Data Collection. As you navigate through and interact with the Website, certain data may be collected through automatic data collection technologies that collect statistical (non-personal) information about your equipment, browsing actions, and Website usage patterns. To date, there is no industry standard for DNT and users cannot know how a given company responds to a DNT signal they receive from browsers. Women’s Health Innovation Consulting is committed to remaining apprised of DNT standards. However, we do not support DNT browser settings and do not currently participate in any DNT frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms regarding the collection of your personal information.

At the end of the Retention Period, we will remove your personal data from our databases. If there is any data that we are unable to delete entirely from our systems for technical reasons, we will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further processing of such data. Please note that once we disclose your personal data to third parties, we may not be able to access that personal data and we cannot force the deletion or modification of such information by third parties.
We reserve the right to continue using de-identified data indefinitely, even after personal data has been removed from our databases. Our continued use of de-identified data will comport with applicable law.
